How to Elevate Your Appetizers with Creamy Whipped Feta Dip

There’s something truly magical about taking a few simple ingredients and transforming them into something utterly delicious. I’m thrilled to share one of my family and I’s favorite go-to recipe for gatherings, family dinners, or even a special snack for myself: Homemade Whipped Feta. Trust me… you will be fighting over this dip😉

This whipped feta is everything you want in a spread—creamy, tangy, and versatile enough to pair with almost anything. It’s the perfect way to elevate a casual appetizer into a crowd-pleaser. Not only is it easy to make, but it’s also a guaranteed hit whether you’re serving it as part of a mezze platter, spreading it on sandwiches, or using it as a dip with fresh veggies or pita.

Whipped Feta Ingredients

  • 12 ounces feta crumbled or block
  • 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juice and zest
  • 1/2 TSP salt
  • 1/4 TSP pepper
  • pinch of red pepper flakes
  • honey, to drizzle

Preparing the Dish

  1. In a food processor combine feta, cream cheese, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy
  3. Transfer the whipped feta to a bowl, drizzle with honey, and serve with warm pita bread and enjoy!

* I prefer to chill it in the fridge for about 20 minutes before serving, then drizzle it with honey. However, it’s delicious either way!

I hope this recipe brings a touch of love and warmth to your home. Whether you’re enjoying it with loved ones around the dinner table or savoring it on a cozy night in, may it create lasting memories and moments of togetherness.
