Churro Toffee Candy

These are so, so delicious we can’t stop eating them in my house—they disappear faster than I can make them! Churro Toffee Candy Ingredients

  • 35-40 saltine crackers (simple mills almond flour fine ground sea salt for GF version)
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup organic brown sugar
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 2 TSP cinnamon

How to Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 10×15-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Arrange the crackers in a single layer, making sure they are touching eachother.
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and brown sugar, stirring until it is combined.
  • Bring to a boil and reduce the heat and let thicken for a few minutes.
  • Once thickened, pour evenly over the crackers and bake for four minutes.
  • While baking, mix together the cane sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips over the crackers letting them sit for a few minutes.
  • Spread the melted choclate evenly over the crackers then sprinkle the top immediately with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Let harden then cut into squares and enjoy!
